The San Joaquin Council of Governments (SJCOG) has released a draft of the Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) and Sustainable Communities Strategy (SCS), along with the draft Environmental Impact Report. The RTP/SCS serves as the region's long range transportation plan and provides guidance for decisions about transportation spending priorities. The public comment period ends on April 26. Public meetings will be held over the next few months.
