Application Guidelines Pennsylvania has released the non-infrastructure application for planning purposes through the SRTS Academy that was contracted to coordinate the non-infrastructure grant process statewide. Pennsylvania's infrastructure application guidelines are in development and are likely to be released in March or April 2008. Five projects from Pennsylvania's 2005-2006 Transportation Enhancements funding round were selected to receive federal SRTS funding, since they meet the federal requirements. The total cost of the projects is $1,424,515.
