Brooke Driesse
Communications Manager
brooke@saferoutespartnership.org

Brooke Driesse provides communications and programmatic support for Safe Routes to School National Partnership. Additionally, she assists with the SRTS State Network Project and conducts research on pertinent issues.

Prior to joining the Partnership, Brooke worked in public relations and marketing at a crisis communications firm, an international association for defense lawyers, and the U.S. Department of Justice Office of Public Affairs. Previously, Brooke taught middle school and high school in San Diego County, and saw firsthand the need for a program like Safe Routes to School to establish the importance of an active lifestyle early in childhood.

Brooke received a B.S. in Political Communication from The University of Texas at Austin in 2003, and has a long history of volunteering with children and young adults through various philanthropic organizations.
